No.
A rental license is not required for any dwelling unit that is occupied by the owner or a member of the owner's family, The Department of Licenses and Inspections requires the owner to submit a notarized Affidavit of Non-Rental.

You Should Know:
The document may not be used retroactively, only from the day it's accepted by the department forward. The property owner must pay for any past fees on the license and submit the affidavit for future use.
