Answer
How do I request a Rubbish/Recycling Pickup?
Submit a Rubbish/Recyclable Material Collection Service Request.

Reporting Procedures:
  • Trash should be set out at the curb or the edge of the driveway between 5 pm the night before and 7 am the day of collection.
  • If a customer forgets to place trash or recycling out on the normal collection day or location, they must wait until the next collection day, or they may take it to a sanitation convenience center
  • If a street is closed off for repairs, please call the local Sanitation Convenience Center to see where trash should be placed. Where are the City Sanitation Convenience Centers?

What to Expect and When:
  • Once a request is submitted, the Streets Department will collect the trash or recycling within 2 business days.
  • If the entire street was missed, a request cannot be entered until after 7 pm.
You Should Know:
